Our lenses and keg badges are designed to fit most single fonts and T-bars, however there might be some slight size variation in both fonts and lenses due to manufacturing tolerances. We therefore unfortunately cannot guarantee that all of our lenses fit every font in the marketplace.
We are happy to supply plain samples for fitment trials should this be required.

What are the requirements for Artwork?
Designs
We require all artwork to be sent in an editable Adobe Illustrator format (Ai, EPS, PDF etc.) although our artwork department will look at any files you wish to submit. All fonts need to be converted to outlines and any images included as part of the artwork need to be embedded within the artwork. Our sales team will be happy to advise if you have any queries.Colour Requirements
If colour matching is required a sample of the colour to match to will be needed otherwise the job colours will be determined by the artwork you send us. Please note that colours take on a very different hue when back illuminated. Where we are producing lenses on transparent material, in clear acrylic, we will colour match to the illuminated version. In this case, if you wish us to match for a non illuminated version then please bring this to our attention.Images
All photo files are required to be a minimum ¼ size at 300 dpi to enable the best possible print quality. We will refer back to you if we think the quality of the image will compromise the job.Embossing and Debossing
For embossed/debossed jobs the artwork should include a separate layer so that it is clear from the artwork which areas are to be embossed/debossed. Embossing/debossing requires hard tooling to be manufactured so clarity here is important to allow the manufacturing process to run smoothly.Proofs
We will always send PDF proofs via email prior to commencement of the job. Please allow time within your schedule for the proofing process.
Are all your lenses standard shapes and sizes?
The standard shapes are the round and the oval. We do manufacture non-standard T-bar branding which is made to order for our clients. This can include brand specific mouldings to offer a unique shape or perhaps an outer decorative bezel which fits around the outer rim of the lens to offer additional stand out on bar.
Are all the lenses suitable for back illumination?
Our Guest lenses, Embossed Aluminium and Etched Brass lenses will not back illuminate. All other categories in the range are printed so they look at their best when illuminated from the back.
How are lenses fixed into place?
Usually lenses are fitted to the tee bar using self adhesive gaskets which fit around the outer rim of the lens. We can supply the gaskets but most of our lenses are supplied without the gaskets fitted. Gaskets can be supplied and fitted at an additional cost.
